Trust and safety
The rules we hold ourselves to: what we automate, what we never do, how we treat directories and your data.
Updated
This page states what the product does and does not do. It is not a certification: we hold no security certification and do not claim one.
What we never do
- We use no captcha-solving service and do not get around bot detection.
- We do not create fake identities, fake reviews or fake accounts on directories for other people.
- We list only products the customer owns or is authorised to list.
- We do not read or automate a directory that its terms or robots.txt forbid.
- We promise no ranking, traffic or acceptance.
How automation is kept in check
- Real runs are confirmed by you, every time. Dry runs are the default.
- Each directory has a safety switch. After repeated problems the directory is handed to people instead of retried, and we can switch any directory, or everything, off at once.
- A directory operator can ask us to stop; see Abuse and Takedown.
- Requests to a directory are paced, and robots.txt is read first.
How your data is handled
- Sign-in is by emailed link or Google; there are no passwords to leak.
- The captcha live view shows only the directory's page. Frames are not stored or logged.
- The password we generate for a directory account is never shown and is kept sealed.
- You can export your data and delete your account from Settings.
- Our notification emails carry no tracking pixels.
